MANDATE

• Spearhead of Planning activities with the different Units and Departments of the university for its proactive development
• Consolidate the plans of the Units and Departments to develop a cohesive development plans
• Conduct regular assessment/evaluation of the specific accomplishments
• Package proposals for better resource generation and expansion of development opportunities
• Ensure the establishment, and maintenance of a databank or management information system for Planning and Development purposes.
• Collect and consolidate documents for submission to other agencies such as: CHED, DBM, NEDA, RDC and others.
• Establish active linkages with local and international agencies and stakeholders
• Perform other tasks relevant to the function of the Office of Planning and Development
