Article V, USC-CBL:

SEC.1. The University Student Council adopts a parliamentary form of student government.
SEC.2. The University Student Council lives up to the Caraga State University mission and vision.
SEC.3. The University Student Council shall equally protect and promote the rights of the students’ fundamental freedom, peace, and unity.
SEC.4. The University Student Council shall recognize the essential function of all student government and campus organizations in able to promote and protect their physical, social, emotional, moral, spiritual, and intellectual well-being.
SEC.5 The University Student Council shall promote unity among the campus organizations in the pursuit of common interests, particularly in the establishment of a just and humane Student Council.
SEC.6.The University Student Council shall promote volunteerism for the welfare of the members.
SEC.7.The University Student Council shall uphold fairness, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and integrity in pursuing student leadership and governance.
