  • 4th Batch   (3:00 P.M - 5:00 P.M)

Requirements for Exam:

  1. Filled-out Admission Examination Application Form
  2. Admission Fee (P250.00 Undergraduate/P400.00 Graduate Programs & TCP)
  3. 2pcs 2x2 ID Picture
  4. 1 Valid Identification Card with picture
  5. 2pcs #2 Pencils w/ Eraser

 

WHERE: Guidance and Counseling Center, Villares Building, Caraga State University - Main Campus
