  • This course is intended for students enrolling IT 1 - Computer Concepts and Fundamentals. This course intends to provide the students with the fundamental concepts of computers and its applications. It also covers the history of computing, number systems, basic concepts and history of the internet, internet security, information ethics and the practical uses of common application softwares today.

    The course provides the students an avenue for online learning and distance learning. The course has online examinations, online submission of course requirements, announcements, posting of grading sheet and lot more. To enroll in this course see the course adviser.

  • This course allow faculty advisers and student proponents to collaborate with their course work online.

  • This course enables ITE students to submit their capstone, research or thesis proposals online. It also serves as an avenue for faculties under the IT Department to download the files and upload their individual comments for a specific proposal. The department chairperson can also submit a passing or failing grade to each proposals submitted. This course will serve both students and faculties to monitor proposal's progress and status.

    First: It provides the students avenue to learn the basics in computer programming, and enhance their logic formulation in crafting solutions to specific problems and mastery in C/C++ PL for its implementation

    Second: It provides the students avenue to learn Data Structures concepts.

    This course allows students to review and to evaluate their knowledge on computer programming and data structures lessons.

  • This course allows the student to learn and apply the art and style of procedural programming to solve computational problems adhering to the standards and guidelines of documentation.  It includes discussion on I/O statements, loop and branching instructions, and creating functions and procedures.

  • This course describes what is a client - server architecture that includes applications, hardware amd  network communications. It discusses scalability, security and interoperability of applications running in a client-server environment.

  • This course provides introduction to Compiler Design Concepts and Fundamentals where Compiler phase or stages (Lexical Analysis, Syntax Analysis, Semantic Analysis, IR Generation, IR Optimization, Code Generation, and Code Optimization) are discussed including all the techniques and methods employed for its implementation, to have a clear understanding of how Compiler works and be able to design a Compiler
